Donations

Giving Back to Northern Nevada

SNC supports the organizations that make this community work. Through corporate contributions and ongoing partnerships, we invest in the people and programs around us. Our partners include the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, Northern Nevada cancer support organizations, and other local charities. We recently launched an employee volunteer program that gives our team dedicated time to contribute to local causes during the work year.

Environment

We take environmental responsibility seriously on every project. SNC has been recognized with AGC Pinnacle Awards for Sustainability and Sensitivity to Environment, History, and Culture in both 2022 and 2024. We also received the ReLeaf Reno Award in 2024 for our contributions to urban forestry and green space initiatives. Our project teams follow strict erosion control, stormwater management, and reclamation practices on every jobsite.

Safety Policies

Our safety program includes regular training, daily site inspections, and a culture where every person on the job is expected to speak up. SNC has earned the Golden Hard Hat Award for safety leadership (2017), the Best Safety Record spanning over 500,000 hours worked, and the No Lost Time Award from the Nevada Chapter of AGC.
