Pre-Construction Work Site
SNC is working with United Construction (the General Contractor) doing the site work for new buildings at Lemon Drive and N. Virginia St. Upon project completion the three buildings will serve as warehouse distribution centers. The scope of SNC’s work consists of digging underground utilities, grading the site, digging building footings, and asphalt paving the parking lot area.
