SNC partnered with SMC (the General Contractor) on the renovation of Edgewood Golfcourse located on the edge of Lake Tahoe. The $12 Million dollar improvements to the golfcourse include building a new resort where guests can stay and enjoy the luxuries lakeside. The project is currently underway with Phase IV beginning this construction season.
