Sierra Nevada Construction has developed a comprehensive construction internship program dedicated to providing undergraduates with the opportunity to gain practical work experience. The SNC internship experience coupled with traditional classroom knowledge builds a strong foundation on which a career can be built.
Interns are paired with project leaders who mentor individuals in the areas of project management and engineering. SNC assists with relocation and housing expenses and compensation is based on construction experience and college credits completed. SNC considers interns as estimator/project managers-in-training and many interns are offered full employment packages upon graduation.
